Refund and Return Policy

At www.agarikoli.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items purchased from www.agarikoli.com within 2 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as Dry Fish cannot be returned. We do not offer any return or refund policy for Dry Fish.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@agarikoli.com to obtain a return authorization and instructions. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your communication.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. in case of third party manufacturing prodcuts.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 8-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for covering the return shipping expenses unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Products with obvious signs of use
  • Products that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact our customer service team on the delivery day itself of receiving the item to report the issue and request an exchange. We will provide you with further instructions on returning the defective product and arranging for a replacement to be sent to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Dry Fish
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may initiate a return following the procedure outlined above.

Refunds

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@agarikoli.com and send your item to: AgariKoli Foods, At Post Bordi, Tal Dahanu, Dist Palghar, PIN 401701.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: AgariKoli Foods, At Post Bordi, Tal Dahanu, Dist Palghar, PIN 401701.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
