Fish Papad. This is a ready to cook product. It is prepared with black gram and fish paste. Ingredients used in this product are Fish paste, black gram, spices, salt, oil. Papads are rolled using little oil and dried in the sunlight. This product can be stored upto 3 months at room temperature when packed. For longer shelf life keep them in the refrigerator when opened. No artificial preservatives added in this product.
Cooking instructions: Heat a 4 tablespoons of oil in a kadhai. Once oil is hot then fry a papad at a time. It will take few seconds to cook. Papad can be roasted as well however it tastes best when fried in a hot oil. Papads are ideal with steamed rice and fish curry, soft drinks, etc.
